Building on Basics of Strength is a comprehensive 12-week strength training program crafted to elevate your performance.

We designed and tested this program with slightly more experienced lifters in mind, those that had done our Strength Base program, or other programs and had the knowledge, skills and aptitude to try something more. The program is geared around four days, and each are designed to compliment each other, without leaving you drained for work, home, family and life. We’ve used and re-used this program again and again. Like a lot of our programs it’s not a marketing hook, there’s not hidden secret that makes it better or worse than any other program. It’s been tested, it works and it’s possible for those of us non-athletes to accomplish in the time we have, with what we have available to us.

Commit to 12 weeks of this programme and I guarantee you, you’ll see positive changes afterwards.
